How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, we'll ship it within 1-2 business days, depending on the order sequence. We use Postal and FedEx for domestic shipments, and DHL for shipments elsewhere.

International delivery takes approximately 4-21 business days. If you would like to inquire about the status of your order, please contact admin@raindefense.co.uk and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

Please note that delivery times for international orders are extended, and shipping times may vary significantly due to customs procedures.

Preppy Prodigy is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments.
